ProductLife Group is looking for a Medical Information Pharmacist to join its MI Department. The latter will have the responsibilities as below:

Group 10
Responsibilities:

  • Being the privileged interlocutor of certain client laboratories
  • Provide pharmaceutical expertise to medical information officers
  • Validate the answers provided by the first line
  • Perform quality control and close medical information files
  • Report files to customer laboratories
  • Document cases of vigilance
  • Respond to requests for medical information whether written or oral
  • Develop complex responses from additional research, on customer requests
  • Write letters to health professionals
  • Create and manage internal FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) requested by customers
  • Train other employees of the Medical Operations Department to take charge of calls, the product portfolio, FAQs, and any training useful for the exercise of their profession calling on communication skills
  • Participate in the drafting of procedures, operating methods and agreements in direct relation to its activity
  • Ensure the missions and tasks of medical information attachments in the event of excess activity

Group 11
Profile

  • Pharmacist, with a significant first experience of medical information within a pharmaceutical laboratory or the delivery of pharmaceutical specialties within a retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy
  • Rigor
  • Must be Fluent with English and French, an additional language is a plus
  • Should have experience in Client/Project Management
  • Sense of organization and priority management
  • Relational skills / communication skills
