Business Development Manager 074

ProductLife Group (PLG) is a dedicated life sciences outsourcing and consulting company. The group is having HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (Benelux) to join our dynamic teams as soon as possible in order to contribute to spreading our services and improving patient’s life.

  • Ensure prospection with the define targets in order to develop the client portfolio.
  • Prepare and ensure prospect meetings and their follow-up.
  • Prepare and participate in Bid Defense requested by prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline
  • Contribute to the promotion of the company by all appropriate means, via all available channels.
  • Represent the company at all relevant events.
  • Increase visibility of PLG services
  • Support of marketing materials development
  • Prepare responses to RFPs in collaboration with solution office.
  • Support the preparation of the business proposals in line with the service catalog price grid of the company.
  • Ensure the follow-up and ad hoc reminders for ongoing opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a Business Development Plan.
  • Achieve Sales target
  • To provide the sales department’s CRM with exhaustive and continuous information
  • Periodically monitor performance indicators and present them to management
  • Participate in the drafting of the quality provisions governing his/her activity
  • Participate in the definition of the company’s strategy
  • Report to management all the elements from the field necessary to maintain an appropriate strategy
  • Contribute to the implementation of the strategy and the achievement of objectives
  • Identify the tools necessary for the commercial activity and contribute to their implementation
  • Monitor and analyze the competition

Group 13

    • Master degree/business school, Ideally scientific background with high interest in life sciences world
    • Minimum 5-10 years experience in business development in life science industry
    • Experience in Regulatory & compliance is a plus
    • Dutch speaker with very good oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Creativity & Proactivity – Strategic perspective and innovative mindset, with ability to challenge always with team player attitude and being solution oriented
