As a Business Development Executive you will:

  • Develop new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn or local industrial forums.
  • Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of the service domain and be well aware of industry updates.
  • Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management database is up to date and accurate.
  • Properly handle clients’ requests with internal and external communications, teleconferences, etc
  • Effectively manage contract negotiation and close new business deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Work with internal teams to meet client’s needs.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.

Group 12

The ideal candidates should be confident in making cold calls, building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. Our ideal candidate has about 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and is willing to further develop his/her skills in the pharmaceutical industry. Selected candidates from other countries are required to relocate or frequently travel to Prague.

Group 13

To be successful in this role you should be:

  • Fluent (speaking and writing) in English.
  • Fluency in any of the languages like German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean  will be a plus.
  • Have knowledge and 2-3 years of experience in business development.
  • Familiar with consulting sales approach
  • Be a fast learner, adaptable, responsible, committed.
