At ProductLife Group (PLG), we help life sciences companies bring and maintain healthcare products on the market safely and compliantly. We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead client and internal projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the management and delivery of services.
- Lead project kick-off activities and ensure the appropriate sharing and maintenance of project documentation.
- Define and maintain project plans, schedules, governance structures, and operating models.
- Coordinate activities across project teams, internal departments, business experts, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, costs, and KPIs.
- Provide regular progress reports and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify project constraints, risks, and potential issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Manage project changes proactively and anticipate potential crisis situations.
- Support the evaluation of project feasibility, profitability, resource requirements, and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare project estimates, quotations, service-extension requests, and invoicing information.
- Implement and manage project governance in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure that decisions and action plans are properly documented and followed up.
- Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, and develop client roadmaps.
- Coordinate the onboarding, training, maintenance, and offboarding of project team members.
- Analyse processes and root causes to recommend improvements in organisation, procedures, and project delivery.
- Contribute to internal transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand PLG’s support and involvement with clients.
Education and experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
- Srong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused, organized, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or consulting sectors would be advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with project management, collaborative, database, and reporting tools.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards, project documentation, procedures, and user guidance.
- Commercial awareness, including quotations, invoicing, profitability, and service-extension opportunities.
