ProductLife Group is hiring Learning & Development Specialist for curating and developing engaging content for soft skills and generic training needs, aligned with organizational learning objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Creation & AI Learning:

  • Develop AI-based training videos on HR topics using tools such as Heygen and Canva
  • Support creation of engaging and effective learning materials

LMS Administration:

  • Manage and administer LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Workday)
  • Ensure smooth operation, tracking, and reporting of learning activities

Training Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions
  • Handle logistics, training materials, and participant communication

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback analysis

Curriculum Development Support:

  • Assist in designing and improving training content and learning modules

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and feedback
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness and key metrics

Technology & Tools:

  • Support implementation and use of learning technologies and platforms

Communication & Engagement:

  • Promote L&D initiatives and communicate training schedules across the organization

Feedback & Improvement:

  • Gather participant feedback and recommend enhancements to training programs

Compliance & Quality:

  • Ensure training aligns with company policies and industry standards
  • Maintain quality benchmarks for content and delivery

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning tools
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Heygen, and LMS platforms
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Up to 6 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or HR support
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
