ProductLife Group (PLG) will recruit over 150 people around the world this coming year.

Paris, France – December 23rd, 2021

A few months after the acquisition of DSI & ELC Group, the French group gives itself the means of its new ambitions.

ProductLife Group (PLG) will recruit over 150 people around the world this coming year.

Candice Bosson, Chief Human Resources Officer at ProductLife Group says “Thanks to the incredible market we are operating in, and the different acquisitions made in 2021, we are broadening our global presence with an ambitious recruitment plan for 2022. We are now able to welcome a higher number of talents in our different Operational Platforms, with a reshaped onboarding plan through our ProductLife Academy” (“PL Academy”).

PLG’s Operational Platforms are present in Western Europe (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland & UK) and Eastern Europe (Romania), but also Tunisia, India and Mexico. The Platforms are tailored to the group’s clients need with the best experts in multiple locations.

In addition to this geographical expansion, PLG is also completing its Life Sciences products life-cycle coverage with new services notably in Biotech & MedTech. On top, Juuka and PLG have joined forces to pool their consulting expertise and operational excellence in a new business unit named ProductLife Consulting

ProductLife Consulting addresses the digital transformation of the industry. “This is opening a new carrier path for our people willing to explore strategic consulting,” said Candice Bosson.

The company has already tripled its size since Xavier Duburcq joined in May 2020 as CEO. The opening of new branches in several countries should allow the ProductLife Group to exceed 1,000 employees by 2023.

In this perspective, several training and recruitment actions will be implemented with the Universities & Schools in the world through “PL Academy”.

The company has finally fully reshaped its employee experience and adapted its internal and external communication in 2021 with the creation of the Social Ambassadors network, Employee Boosters, Shadow Board & CSR Committee.

Multiple webinars have been held during the year, thanks to the incredible internal network of experts in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance & Medical Information as well as CMC & Quality.

As a result, ProductLife Group is finalist for LinkedIn Talent Awards 2021 and has increased drastically it’s presence on social network.

The company is recruiting young & confirmed talents for:
