We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic business development leader to join our team and accelerate partnerships in pharmaceutical and healthcare solutions. In this role, you will:

• Drive strategic engagement with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities across service lines.
• Lead pursuit teams, including SMEs and Commercial Operations, to secure complex deals.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
• 7–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven expertise in client relationship management and strategic account planning.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Additional advantage: Key account management experience and negotiation training.
