Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the real-time performance of workflow systems to optimize resource allocation.
  • Track progress of tasks and jobs to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure the right work is assigned to the appropriate individuals or teams.
  • Work with various teams, including development and operational staff, to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and cross-training to team members.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to investigate issues and find solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: To monitor, analyze, and identify performance improvements in workflows.
  • Communication: To effectively document processes and collaborate with different departments.
  • Project Management: To coordinate tasks, prioritize work, and keep projects on track.

Required Education: 

Degree in Life Sciences or higher

Required experience: 

3-4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance workflow case management

Required technical skills:

  • Microsoft package
  • Pharmaceutical background – strong understanding of GVP, FDA, cosmetic regulations and regulatory requirements related to drug/cosmetic safety.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, adverse event reporting, causality assessment.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting SDEAs or PVAs
