Responsibilities:
- Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, with a strong focus on identifying new markets and client segments that align with the evolving landscape of healthcare technologies.
- Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on the creation and execution of promotional and commercial activities, enhancing the company’s visibility and market reach.
- Source New Clients in Target Markets: Proactively identify and engage new clients, particularly in the US and Asia regions, to build a robust and sustainable client base.
- Build and Sustain Strategic Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, with a proven track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Lead Proposal Development: Work closely with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals, utilizing technical expertise to secure new projects.
- Gather and Share Customer Insights: Actively collect and relay client feedback to the Product team, influencing product innovation and enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams across departments, aligning with stakeholders to ensure cohesive teamwork and successful project delivery.
- Support and Report to Head of Market Access: Collaborate with senior leadership, contributing to strategy development and providing regular updates on business development activities.
- Represent the Company Externally: Serve as a key ambassador at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to build relationships and promote the company’s expertise.
