We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Marketing Officer – SDR / Inside Sales to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, qualification, and follow-up for targeted marketing campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and follow up on leads from various sources including events, webinars, and memberships.
- Conduct outreach via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
- Score and report potential opportunities to the sales team.
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to persona development and campaign planning.
- Engage in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progression.
- Collaborate with the CRM team and provide insights on lead generation metrics.
- Assist in campaign creation, content suggestions, and A/B testing.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Support event managers with research and engagement for industry events.
