Main activities for the role
You will be responsible for developing, planning, reporting and executing initiatives in line with the company’s CSR development efforts. You will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and reporting CSR activities, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness – including all our integrated companies. This includes carbon footprint calculation (Scope 1-3) via the GHG Protocol.
- Acting as the focal point for the Company’s CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research, regulatory updates, and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Working with marketing and HR teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling
- Driving annual reporting for shareholders, and annual submission of Ecovadis & UNGC.
- Authoring PLG’s Annual Sustainability Report.
- Providing feedback to our clients on our roadmap and action plan, including the creation of informative materials.
- Reviewing potential suppliers for CSR risk during our procurement due diligence process.
