Responsibilities
ProductLife Group has known an incredible growth during the last years, and to make it possible we needed to attract and hire the best candidates on the market. The Talent Acquisition Team has played and will be playing a key role in the development of the company in the near future, as our goal is to reach 5000 employees in a couple of years.
Tasks:
- Directly manage open positions from end to end
- Work along and support the rest of the international Recruitment Team
- Keep an overview of open positions and progress, escalate issues and steer recruitment efforts when needed
- Define the best recruitment approach with the rest of the team, Operations and Sales
- Prioritize needs in collaboration with HR and Operations
- Ensure procedures, reporting and documents are handled correctly by the team
- Work closely with Procurement to find freelance and partners on a global scale
- Lead/participate in projects (i.e employer branding, external and internal communication, internal mobility, update of procedures, improvement of tools, market intelligence…)
- Develop strong pipelines of candidates for key roles
- Monitor KPIs and share Team performances and challenges during meetings with key stakeholders
