Responsibilities

The Partner/Principal will be fully committed to the growth of the Consulting BU by developing its own client portfolio in the Pharma, Healthcare and Cosmetics sectors, selling Strategy and Operations consulting projects, managing the consulting teams involved in these assignments, ensuring the quality of production and client satisfaction, as well as the profitability of the project is aligned with the objectives of ProductLife Consulting.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be fully committed to the growth of the Consulting BU
  • You’ll develop your own client portfolio in the Pharma, Healthcare and Cosmetics sectors in coordination with the other Partners/Principals
  • You will contribute to the management of the BU and be in involved in the consultant hiring process
  • You’ll be involved in the extension of our offering
  • You will sell projects to our clients that address critical business issues and help C-Level to find solutions to complex strategic challenges
  • You will contribute to a wide range of projects in the Pharma, Healthcare and Beauty industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing
  • You have the ability to build the most appropriate business proposal to meet the client’s needs by leveraging the strengths of ProductLife Consulting
  • Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute this strategy especially in terms of Market Access
  • Manage a team of experienced consultants, to develop hypotheses, work out plans that address project objectives and ensure the quality of delivery and the relation with the client
  • Build relationships between ProductLife Consulting and the client’s decision makers

Profile

  • You have a significative credential in a similar position in a Consulting firm
  • You have already demonstrated your capability to generate business in Consulting and develop intimacy with C-Level in the Pharma sector
  • You have management capabilities
  • You are analytical, pro-active and solution oriented. Able to take
    initiative and make things happen with moderate supervision and guidance
  • You are comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be
    no definitive “right” answer; Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a confident, natural communicator
  • You are keen on interaction and close collaboration with the
    client
  • You are interested in long-term strategic thinking and the
    implementation of any business improvement recommendation
  • You are a team-player, and adapt easily to changing circumstances
  • You have already worked as a Partner/Principal in a consulting firm for 8 to 15 years with experience in the life sciences or worked for pharmaceutical companies
  • You have a Master degree in Engineering, Business Economics, Management, or in Pharma + Master degree
  • You speak English, any other language is an asset.
