The Acquisition of Pharma IT Will Enable PLG to Strengthen its Foothold in Northern Europe and Offer New Services in the Context of Life Sciences Digitilisation
Negotiations with suppliers/contractors (commercial conditions and prices);
Sourcing new suppliers and launching the New supplier pre-qualification process together with other departments
Risk assessment
RFI – RFP – RFQ process
Contract management (drawing-up contracts and keeping Suppliers’ contracts files updated)
Update of PLG suppliers/contractors database accordingly
Identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies
Offering support to PLG pro Manager with needed activities
Ensuring compliance of all Procurement processes
Ensuring all provided services are in line with the requirement and delivered on time as requested – Develop and maintain strong relationships with other PLG departments -Support PLG organizational goals and objectives
Profile and Skills
Bachelor degree and 2 years’ experience in Procurement Department
Required technical skills:
IT tools ( MS Office) & SharePoint basic knowledge; ERP systems
