Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design of the Post Merger Integration (PMI) strategy
  • Responsible for the execution of the Integration Plan of newly acquired Affiliates
  • Central point of contact with PLG’s and Affiliates support function point of contact
  • Responsible for aligning the Value Story and executing the Communication Plan of the acquisition
  • Coordinates the business assessments with new affiliate and PLG
  • Defines the integration blueprint and cascades this into an action plan within the PMI tracker
  • Manages the integration timelines, milestones, budget and interdependencies
  • Ensures update of PMI project management documents.
  • Coordinates the integration communication and change management plan
  • Continuously improve PMI tools and methodology

Group 13
Profile

  • Bachelor / Master in Science, Economics or Management
  • 7-10 years with at least 5 years Consultant experience (big 4 preference) Or 7-10 years with at least 5 years as a Project/Program Manager in Pharma industry
  • Fully autonomous in defining a Post Merger Integration Plan
  • Fully autonomous in Project Management
  • Solid Business and Financial acumen
  • Strong communicator (written and spoken – in English)
  • Lateral leadership & conflict resolution
  • Emotional intelligence – for change management
  • Adaptable, Proactive and Collaborative, with “can do” attitude
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Problem solving & Critical thinking
