M&A Intern H/F

ProductLife Group (PLG) is reinforcing its M&A department with the recruitment of an intern to join the team as M&A Analyst for a 6-month period starting in January 2023.

Responsibilities

  • You will be supporting the Team on the whole M&A processes by :
    1. Conducting research and analysis to support the Top Management in identifying and evaluating potential new targets (understanding key attributes and fit with strategic priorities)
    2. Following up on the various on-going M&A processes (business plan, valuation, due diligences, legal documentation)
    3. Helping on the day-to-day activities (updating databases, monitoring and recording transactions)
    4. Drafting presentations for the management team and investors (incl. acquisition rationale and strategy etc.)
    5. Working on integration projects alongside other departments (definition of the target operating model, integration roadmap design and implementation)

Group 11
Education

  • Master’s Degree with a specialization in corporate finance (Top Tier Business/Engineering School)
  • Gap year or last-year internship
  • Previous experience in M&A, Strategy consulting or Transaction Services is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (international stakeholders); one more language is a plus
