ProductLife Group (PLG) is a dedicated life sciences outsourcing and consulting company. The group is having HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC.

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager in France to join our dynamic teams as soon as possible in order to contribute to spreading our services and improving patient’s life.

  • Develop sales growth strategy for the selected key accounts, prepare and implement comprehensive strategic account plan (qualitative and quantitative aspects), embark and drive key stakeholders.
  • Analyze figures, performance and drive it according to the objectives
  • Achieve sales targets defined on yearly basis
  • Increase visibility of ProductLife Group services, by promoting the Group offering, targeting qualitative and strategical network
  • Lead commercial strategyto structure the proposals/solution for clients and prospect.
  • Ensure good Relationship management internally and externally
  • Manage close relationships internally with colleagues by working closely with other departments such as Operations, Finance, Project Management, Procurement, BID Office
  • and with customers, to anticipate all business opportunities, bring continuous added value and ensure client satisfaction

Required skills

      • Experience in LifeScience industry is a must.
      • Negotiation skills and methodology is a must (ability to manage internal and external interests, personalities and positions, and succeed in an united plan)
      • Dynamic and positive attitude in communication, posture
      • Build and drive an efficient strategic account plan
      • Sales data analysis (such as revenues, margin, activities)
      • Strong interest and experience in the Life Science industry
      • Ability to focus and take decisions in line with the corporate strategy
      • Strong teamwork spirit
      • Resilience, patience and perseverance
      • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
      • Leadership
      • Clear strategic thinker
      • Very good oral and written communication skills in English. Any other language is a strong advantage
