ProductLife Group is looking for an Information and Documentation Officer to join our dynamic team in France.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out literature reviews as required by the regulations in force on the molecules entrusted by the clients, according to the frequency and on the database they will have defined
  • Carry out bibliographic research required for the vigilance reports (PSUR,CES, Addendum, etc)
  • Use the SUPERDOC internal literature database “PV DOC” listing the cases found in the literature (i.e load articles, query and extract formatted data)
  • Conducting ad hoc bibliographic research in response to client or internal requests
  • Administering the SUPERDOC® “PV Doc” databases
  • Ensuring the administrative processing of literature monitoring files, including the registration and transmission of deliverables to clients
  • Ensuring the proper receipt and distribution of subscribed periodicals in the defined countries
  • Monitor technological developments in this field
  • Participate in the archiving and return of client files
  • Participating in the drafting of procedures, operating methods and agreements directly related to his/her activities
  • Study and comment on customer specifications in consultation with management and propose answers in technical organizational terms
  • Managing relations with database suppliers, keeping abreast of their offers and making the best use of existing functionalities. Propose any developments in the areas.
  • Follow up of journal subscription/contact with editors
  • Operation project owner for clients.
