Responsabilitities

We are looking for a talented Human Ressource Specialist to join us ASAP for multiple exiting projects within PLG ti :

Career Management:

  • Support manager in finding the right job title, doing the job descriptions, design career path and assess the skills required for the jobs
  • Support employees in taking ownership on their career at PLG (webinars, process to follow, …)
  • Launch Skills Inventory updates campaign
  • Project development on any topics related to career management

Motivation and well-being:

  • Create, communicate and analyse the PLG Engagement Surveys
  • Organise PLG teambuilding events (well-being weeks, coffee breaks, summer games, CSR week, culture week, …)
  • Take part into the monthly People Mag (PLG newsletter): new comers, open positions, HR topics to be communicated, employee’s testimonials, …

Management Coaching:

  • Create webinars for managers and touchpoint cards to help them in their day-day management role
  • Prepare and create HR presentations and trainings and provide train the trainer sessions
  • Create content for managers in the PLG Academy

Onboarding:

  • Be in charge of the “buddy” program
  • Support the acquisition of new companies by assigning buddies to the new joiners

Additional projects:

  • Take part in the preparation of commercial offers (on the HR aspects)
  • Take part in strategic projects to improve the quality of the delivery (define trainings to implement, facilitate the new request for needs, participate in defining the right organization of the team, define the salary benchmarking, …)
  • Do benchmarking on talent management practices to improve the employee experience
  • Be in charge of developing HR Project according to the company’s strategy
  • Work closely with the CHRO, the other HR Business Partner and Operations Directors/Team Leads
  • Take ideas from employees and lead creation, initiation of projects

Ideal Profile

  • Master’s degree level (Bac + 5) with HRM specialization, or experience
  • First experience in managing HR Projects is appreciated
  • Creative, innovate, adaptable and flexible mindset
  • Fluent in  English for daily contacts with operations
  • Confident speaker, good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to work within changing and challenging environments
  • Able to work in multicultural environements
  • Work autonomously and proactively
  • Organization, Prioritization, Attention to details and analytical skills
