ProductLife Group is looking for an HR Officer & Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Cambridge.

About us

Group 10

  • Helping to maintain the individual administrative files of staff from recruitment to departure from the company
  • Drawing up employment contracts
  • Maintenance of all internal tools
  • First point of contact to support employees
  • Payroll organisation and verification
  • Payroll provider management
  • Managing and conducting HR procedures in UK and other countries
  • Organisation of visas to work in UK
  • Management of employee benefits programs
  • Absence management
  • Perform all administrative tasks related to the office in the country (e.g. be the contact person for the cleaning company, building administrator, suppliers etc.)
  • Maintenance office purchases and stock levels
  • Meeting/business events organisation including catering
  • Arrange business travel as requested
  • Collect, file and deliver all invoices received/issued to the accountant, on a monthly basis
  • Provide support in the onboarding process of new employees, with the necessary IT equipment, office furniture, stationary, keys, entrance cards, etc.
  • Health and safety regulations and management within the office

Group 13

We are looking for someone with HR experience in UK legislation. HR payroll and administration experience along with involvement in UK procedures such as performance management, redundancy, maternity leave etc.
