Responsibilities
- Develop trusting relationships to partner with Business Managers
- Advise with strategic decisions of Business Managers
- Drive staffing strategy, organizational design and training
- Understand and address talent needs in teams
- Coach managers on employee issues including performance related conversations, career coaching, employee relations, development plans, talent recognition
- Work with global HR team to scope, design, develop and deliver strategic people orientated initiatives
- Take initiative to learn and present industry best practices in the areas of leadership behaviours, succession planning, development actions, change management, performance management.
