  • Work with global HR team to scope, design, develop and deliver strategic people orientated initiatives
  • Take initiative to learn and present industry best practices in the areas of leadership behaviours, succession planning, development actions, change management, performance management.

Ideal Profile

  • Degree in HR is desirable
  • HR experience ideally in a global company, within a HRBP role would be ideal but not essential
  • Needs to have potential to grow and develop
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Well organised with ability to manage a variety of tasks and priorities
