Description

In the context of a brand new project, we are looking for Global Safety Coordinators to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub:

  • Coordination of all case processing activities from reception to submission
  • Coordinate and mobilize the relevant team members according to the their profile and their training
  • Responsible for ensuring all case management activities are completed according to the defined process and deadlines.
  • Develop the tools needed to monitor the activities of the Business Unit
  • Ensure that all necessary information is provided to the relevant staff to ensure that the BU’s activities are handled correctly and within the required timeframe
  • Ensure proper feedback to their line manager and to the Team Leaders regarding the design of the operational team
  • Contribute to the implementation of a system to ensure the continuity of the clusters’ activities, in collaboration with the team leaders and activity managers
  • Acts as a facilitator for the activity(ies) of the line of business they belong to
  • Set up and monitor quality indicators in relation to the activities of the Business Unit
  • Propose and implement action plans in relation to the Quality Indicator’s measured
  • Participate in audits and inspections of customer laboratories if required
  • Participate in the implementation of processes related to the Business Units

Education

Master’s degree in a scientific area (preferably in medical biotechnology, pharmacovigilance)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a laboratory or in a consulting company in Pharmacovigilance
  • Minimum 1 year experience in coordination and planning is required
  • Knowledge of good PV practices
