Customer Success Specialist - 709

ProductLife Group is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to contribute activities performed in the Hub.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the project with regular progress reporting, coordinating planned activities and communicating with involved stakeholders.

    • Ensure respect of contractual conditions.
    • Co-ordinate the project team during the project set up phase, planning development and during project execution.
    • Manage changes in a proactive and reactive way, anticipate potential crisis and implement mitigation plans.
    • Bring methodology support to project stakeholders in executing the project activities and cross functional communication.
    • Organise, participate and drive problem solving sessions with the project team (PLG team and Client team)
    • Supervise project regarding the contract and invoicing.
    • Take care of reaching objectives and to client satisfaction.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in a science related field or project Management
  • 2 to 5 years experience as a full time International Project Manager

Skills

  • Process oriented mind set to assess and improve performance and solid knowledge of PM methodologies and tools
  • Fluent in French and English for daily communication with internal and external partners
  • Knowledge and experience of working in Pharmaceutical industry, is a plus
  • Experience of working for a Service Provider Company
