We are looking for a Travel Desk Support to join our dynamic team. As Travel Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality travel support to our teams, ensuring they have a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be as follows:

  • Diagnose all travel requests specifications and asses the most suitable approach;
  • Use promotional techniques to secure cost efficiency
  • Management of travel reservation via various Corporate Travel Platforms available (SNCF, Hotels.com, Thalys, Eurostar, Accor World Wide);
  • Management of flight details via existing vendor process;
  • Research various destinations based on the provided guidelines following budgets;
  • Supporting with registration of delegates at various events and other marketing related tasks;
  • Support with ad- hoc payment requests non-travel related (restaurants reservations, transportations, airport-pick up);
  • Following up the billing cycle and coordinate with the Finance Department as per the internal policies (Collating and filing expenses);
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns/refunds;
  • Use promotional techniques to secure cost efficienc.y

Profile

The expected skills for this position are as follows:

  • Preferably studies in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism or relevant field.
  • Preferable minimum 1 year experience in the field at Corporate Level.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. (French, Italian)
  • Good knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel on top of Microsoft Office Package).
  • Knowledgeable  in financial management.
