Responsibilities

The Campaigns design Manager is responsible of designing and managing targeted campaigns. It’s role is to design, coordinate, process and track the results of campaigns such as

  • Promotional campaigns (advertising,…)
  • E-mailings
  • Website connected campaigns
  • Campaigns around Events
  • Marketing surveys with purpose of generating Leads

The Campaign design Manager’s is accountable for the design and creation of the campaigns with all relevant graphical tools.

These campaigns might be text + picture or video. The Campaign design shall propose a packaged concept and be able to deliver the full content (text, picture, graphics, video, etc.).

The video skills are key to this job and will be one main criteria for the choice.

2. Coordination

 

To elaborate this campaign, the Campaigns design Manager get the content either from his colleagues of the marketing team or from other managers, package this content, propose catchy phrases to attract the attention of the reader. Also he will be responsible of the touch up of pictures and videos.

If the campaign requires suppliers (for video for example), the Campaigns design Manager will propose, brief and manage the suppliers and be accountable for the deliverables.

From the supplier deliverable, the Campaigns design Manager will have the skills to package various formats especially for videos (30’’, 1’,…).

3. Process & Results

All campaigns need to be tracked for all Leads generated, i.e. the Campaigns design Manager will be responsible of ‘creating’ the campaign in the CRM and tracking the results.

If the campaign generates new Leads, he will

  • Check the Leads are qualified according to the Marketing Lead Generation Process
  • Connect with the Sales support team to get them integrated in the CRM
  • Attribute follow-up actions for the Sales team on those Leads
