ProductLife Group (PLG) is a dedicated life sciences outsourcing and consulting company. The group is having HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC.

We are now looking for a Business Manager in France to join our dynamic teams as soon as possible in order to contribute to spreading our services and improving patient’s life.

Responsibilities

 

Sales Development

  • Management of a portfolio of Key Accounts in France
  • Prospect for new customers and projects in the Life Sciences sector in France ?
  • Key Commercial contact with clients
  • Respond to insourcing needs on this perimeter
  • Negotiate commercial offers and follow commercial margin rules
  • Coordinate contractual matters with PLG’s legal department
  • Monitor project invoicing and purchase orders

Recruitment

  • Recruit your own team of consultants
  • Sourcing candidates on job boards
  • Conduct interviews with Line Manager
  • Coaching candidates for client interviews

Management

  • Manage your own team of consultants with the line Manager
  • Regular follow-up with the consultant
  • Anticipate the end of a project to identify the next project

Profile

Required skills

      • Experience in LifeScience industry is a must.
      • Negotiation skills and methodology is a must (ability to manage internal and external interests, personalities and positions, and succeed in an united plan)
      • Dynamic and positive attitude in communication, posture
      • Build and drive an efficient strategic account plan
      • Sales data analysis (such as revenues, margin, activities)
      • Strong interest and experience in the Life Science industry
      • Ability to focus and take decisions in line with the corporate strategy
      • Strong teamwork spirit
      • Resilience, patience and perseverance
      • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
      • Leadership
      • Clear strategic thinker
      • Very good oral and written communication skills in English. Any other language is a strong advantage
      • Ability to work autonomously and independently for its scope of responsibility
