As a Business Development Executive you will:
- Develop new leads and new client acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of the service domain and be well aware of industry updates.
- Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management database is up to date and accurate.
- Properly handle clients’ requests with internal and external communications, teleconferences, etc
- Effectively manage contract negotiation and close new business deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Work with internal teams to meet client’s needs.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
