Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive you will:

  • Develop new leads and new client acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of the service domain and be well aware of industry updates.
  • Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management database is up to date and accurate.
  • Properly handle clients’ requests with internal and external communications, teleconferences, etc
  • Effectively manage contract negotiation and close new business deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Work with internal teams to meet client’s needs.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.

Group 12
Experience

The ideal candidates should be confident in making cold calls, generating leads, building new clients and maintaining existing ones. Our ideal candidate should have about 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within life sciences industry.

Selected candidates from other countries are required to relocate to Prague.

To be successful in this role you should:

  • Have a native level command over English and Fluency in Mandarin
  • Have knowledge and 2+ years of experience in business development.
  • Familiar with consulting sales approach
  • Be a fast learner, adaptable, responsible, committed.
