We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to have responsibility for allocated tasks within the pharmacovigilance activities delivered by the platform.

 

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in science related field

Experience

Bachelors and 1 + years of experience as administrative

Skills

  • ▪ Very good spelling
    ▪ Knowledge of the Office suite.
    ▪ Good command of Word
    ▪ Excellent command of Excel and more specifically:
    • Vertical searches
    • Pivot Tables
    • Nested formulas
