ProductLife Group is looking for a Medical Information Assistant to join our dynamic team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub:

Group 10
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering e-mails, including phone calls) from HCP and non-HCP in local languages French/ English
  • Handling of Product Quality Complaints & Pharmacovigilance
  • Registration of Pharmacovigilance cases in client databases
  • Registration of Product Quality Complaints in client databases
  • Reporting to client.
  • Writing SOP/WPD
  • Summary drafting of bibliographic research (adhoc)

Group 12
PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any Scientific Study or pharmaceutical background
  • No specific experience required but 1st experience in Med Info or Vigilances is a plus
  • French (Professional proficiency oral & written), English (Professional proficiency oral & written) compulsory
  • Language skills will be tested during interview

  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Good telephony skills (fluent/comfortable on the phone)
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (customer relationship management)
  • Ability to handle stressful situation
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Bibliographic research + summary drafting is a plus
  • Autonomous
  • Sense of organization and priority management
  • Relational skills / communication skills
