We’re looking for a polyvalent hard working team player with an interest for Vigilance and Medical Information and who’s not scared to face stressful circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Answering e-mails, including phone calls) from HCP and non-HCP in French/English.
  • Product Quality Complaints & Pharmacovigilance case management.
  • Registration of Pharmacovigilance cases in client databases.
  • Follow-up on vigilance cases.
  • Registration of Product Quality Complaints in client databases
  • Reporting to client.

Technical Skills

  • Good Microsoft office skills.
  • Good telephony skills (fluent/comfortable on the phone).
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (customer relationship management).
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Required Languages

French (Native), English (Professional proficiency oral & written)
Language skills will be tested during interview.
