Product Life Group is looking for Medical Information Officer to join our dynamic  team.

Responsibilities

  • Answering e-mails, including phone calls) from HCP and non-HCP in local languages French/German/English
  • Handling of Product Quality Complaints & Pharmacovigilance
  • Registration of Pharmacovigilance cases in client databases
  • Registration of Product Quality Complaints in client databases
  • Reporting to client.
  • Writing SOP/WPD
  • Summary drafting of bibliographic research (ad hoc)

Required Education

Preferably with a scientific/pharmaceutical background

Required experience

Experience in Med Info or Vigilances is a plus.

Required Languages

  • German (Native oral & written)
  • French (Professional proficiency, oral & written C1)
  • English (Professional proficiency, oral & written B2-C1)
  • Language skills will be tested during interview

Required Technical Skills

  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Good telephony skills (fluent/comfortable on the phone)
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (customer relationship management)
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Bibliographic research + summary drafting is a plus

Additional Experience

  • Other European language is a plus
  • Good organizational skills
