Group 10

  • Responding to emails and phone inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCP) and non-HCP in French, German, and English
  • Recording Pharmacovigilance cases and Product Quality Complaints in client databases, with thorough follow-up
  • Developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Practice Documents (WPD)
  • Summarizing findings from bibliographic research as needed

Group 12

  • Educational background preferably in a scientific field or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry (2 to 3 years)
  • Proficiency in German (both oral and written), and professional proficiency in French and English
  • Comfortable with telephone communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Familiarity with bibliographic research and summary drafting is beneficial
